You drive into the quiet cul de sac and open the door into the house and then just say wow with the view onto the water. Great open space in the kitchen for a big family and everything you need in the kitchen. The living room with the view is beautiful and it’s all so nicely decorated. The bedrooms were simple and quality bedding and towels. The distance to the beach was amazing. People actually park near the house because of how busy it gets near the beach on a sunny weekend. Book the Noisy Lobster 🦞, delicious food!

What a lovely place! 5* holiday accommodation indeed! Everything was spotless. The views are spectacular and offer easy access into the water for paddle boarding etc. Set in a peaceful cul de sac, the design, layout and finishing touches have been meticulously thought through. We certainly appreciated the welcome goodies, warm outdoor shower, outdoor hangers for drying wetsuits and crabbing buckets. Excellent kitchen facilities made it easy to cook meals. The beds were comfortable and the house was warm and bright. We also appreciated that the towel rails were turned onto dry bathroom towels. Mudeford Quay and Christchurch are in walking distance of the house. Would love to stay again!

This is the second time we have stayed here and if it’s possible we loved it even more! The most beautiful home in such a naturally beautiful surrounding. The house is so bright and welcoming with so many lovely spaces to relax in. The access to the water makes it so special, lovely for a morning swim and a sunset paddle. Lovely touch to have welcome treats waiting for us when we arrived. We will definitely be back next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay
