Amazing and magical location. This will be our sedona “go to” from now on. Very private, no traffic noise, continuous nature symphony. Robin is THE BEST.

Robin and Doug were amazing hosts and lovely humans. Robin was responsive, timely, and very helpful upon arrival. The location is remarkable and allows you to feel like you’re in your own outdoor sanctuary. you can avoid the traffic of Sedona but enjoy the privacy and scenery here - so grateful that they share it! The kitchen was stocked with spices, coffee makers, pots, pans, even though we mostly only used the grill. The peacocks were entertaining to be around. And the hot tub was a great way to end the day. Hope we can come back again someday soon and reconquer the ladder!

Beautiful place to stay. Very clean, peaceful and immaculate. I’m picky with bathrooms and bedding and it was very clean. Robin is proactive and responsive. We did not have enough time. Wish we stayed at least 2 nights, next time for sure we will. I highly recommend this place.

From the start, Robin proactively texted to ensure we would be safe driving onto the property with a chance of snow coming. Very private and relaxing spot with the stream running in the background. Me and my twins loved the hot tub (until we had to quickly escape during a hail storm!) We didn't see the peacocks during the day but spotted them roosting in the tree in the evening and heard their calls. So cool! We enjoyed walking to frog hollow and the red rocks down the trail and reading all about Doug's art and all the literature on things to do in Sedona. Definitely had everything we needed and more, and a short drive into town. Would love to stay again in the future!
