Its photogenic villa.especially the entrace The villa is maintained very well.credit to the caretaker,Savita. Living room and bedrooms very big. Seat out on first floor and the terrace is very good place for family chat. The care taker Savita is good cook, very responsive and caring and charge reasonable. If u have 2or 4 wheeler then u have flexibility to move around but if u want to explore local bus service then bust stop is next to the villa. If you family or grp of 6-7 then its fun to be in the villa. All went well except the AC in one bed room was not functional.the caretaker quickly contacted the technician but it could not be sorted due to non availability of spare part. Rest was super experience👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Villa was great and spacious. Huge halls on the ground floor and plus one. Enough parking space for two wheelers. Near to the river Mandovini, closer to Panjim city. So to explore casino, fontainash area, local feni Goan bars, first island and old Goa this is one of the best place to stay.

The Villa is really very beautiful and exactly as shown in the pictures. We were group of 7 and we had very comfortable stay. Host Mrs Sarita gave clear guidelines and helped us to explore local places. Thanks to caretaker Mrs Savita for providing all the amenities. This place is at very peaceful location and great place to stay with family for 3-4 days. It is exactly at the centre of north and south Goa. Enough parking space is available and rooms are very specious.
