This listing is located close to the beach and eating places. However, the hosts lack the Airbnb spirit. For everything that's not available or not provided, they blame previous guests. We heard stories about people spoiling kettle to clogging basins to stealing blankets!! Didn't feel good. I wouldn't recommend it.

Stayed here for 8 days as my friends had booked the same accommodation. Had a room to myself with a lounge, tv, kettle, fridge and bedroom with lockable cupboards. Everything was clean and tidy, bathroom was nice as it had both a shower and a tap to wash your feet along with a western toilet. It's worth mentioning that I found the bed hard (thin mattress on a solid wood base), but this could be due to what I'm used to back home. Leena was there to welcome us when we arrived. Locals are very friendly and helpful. Around the corner is a convenience store for anything extra you might need. Leena was always available to help us with any queries we had during our stay. The location is quiet and safe to walk around, we visited the beach and local restaurants a fair bit. Bus is closeby that can take you into town. We often walked to Majorda beach. Our whole stay was enjoyable, I think the only thing we missed was information about the tours which we discovered too late, so we didn't get a chance to book during our stay. I'd recommend asking for this information as soon as you check in, to help plan your stay and to get to see other places in Goa. As the location is in South Goa, to sight see you would need to travel a fair bit. This place is excellent as a home away from home and if you prefer somewhere more quiet and less touristy. Great for those avoiding the hustle and bustle of a big city. Very laid back community and relaxing stay!

I stayed in Antonio's Residence over the weekend, nice and clean place to stay with really friendly hosts. Close to the beach.
