We stopped in this lovely little 1 bedroom apartment, for a extended period whilst we waited for our property purchase to go through. We had a lovely warm welcome from Peter and Sylvia, they let us drop our stuff off a day early, also allowing us to store a few things in their summer house. due to us having quite alot of stuff. The place was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with a small kitchen area to make yourself a meal. and a decent size bedroom with an ensuite, which has a great shower. We were spending Christmas there and there was enough room for us to put a tree up which made it feel really homely. It's in a good location for Telford, Cosford, Wolverhampton by car. We cut our stay short due to our purchase not taking as long as we thought, even though we enjoyed our stay we were more ready to move into our own house after spending quite a few weeks at the Old Smithy. Peter and Sylvia are a lovely couple and always happy to help.

A wonderful stay! Gorgeous couple, lovely chats, good advice, pretty unit, warm and cosy, off street parking, super comfy bed, large and hot shower. Large property with countryside outlooks. Main road nearby, not overly busy during my stay, but could not hear traffic when in unit. Central location for lots of towns in the area. Great base. Very highly recommend. Thanks Peter and Sylvia.
we've stayed here before a few years ago and it was lovely as ever. Very spacious, glorious comfortable bed and great lounge and kitchen. Great location near The Bell pub restaurant which had lovely food.
Peter and Sylvia proved to be exceptionally warm and gracious hosts! The apartment was incredibly clean and tidy, offering a level of comfort that truly made it feel like a home away from home. Their kindness extended beyond our stay, as they even took the initiative to mail me the wallet I had inadvertently left behind. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

自我介绍
Retired couple, gardeners and love to meet people. Peter - Retired from engineering work, then trained to become a registered hypnotherapist but now no longer practice. I am still a workaholic, just can't keep still. I just love pottering about. This is our first go at hosting-(got to recoup some of the expense of the new building!!) Sylvia - a home person, loves her craft hobbies particularly her embroidery and knitting and her gardening. I am very considerate when she is working in the garden, always reminding her to have a rest, (not to overdo things cos she has to prepare dinner later) and make herself a cup of tea (and one for me). We have a married daughter - 2 grandsons- here in the UK, and a married daughter in New Zealand-3 grandsons. We would go to New Zealand more often if it was nearer ?! so we have to make do with an occasional visit which is a highlight for us. Hosting has many benefits for us, not least of all is that it keeps us busy, preparing for the guests , again for the next guests. To some extent hosting makes us feel useful, and make friends along the way.. We hope so anyway.
