Much older and dingier than the pics. My bed lacked a blanket. I called several times asking for one and none was delivered.

The place was clean and quiet (it is in the heart of downtown so you get the city noise, but I love falling asleep to it). There is an amazing coffee shop on the ground floor so breakfast is just an elevator ride away. The building is beautiful and everyone was very nice. Elevators worked great. The most fabulous thing was the rooftop! The entire apartment was very clean and supplied with enough soap and toilet paper to last about a week, so if you are staying longer you may want to consider bringing your own. But there is a CVS and WaWa within walking distance, so no bug deal if you forget.

We had a disappointing experience. On arrival I pressed the buzzer to the building for entry but there was no response so I had to wait until someone left the building to get in. The concierge of the building was very friendly and got me checked in. Upon entering the apartment, there was a very harsh cleaning smell. We assumed the apartment had just finished the cleaning so we waited for the smell to dissipate but that never happened. We felt like we were inhaling cleaning fumes the entire stay. We unfortunately had to leave abruptly on our second day because our son became very ill. I emailed the host with no response. I called and only got a ringing line...no way to leave a voicemail. When we arrived home I called again and finally spoke with someone who was very nice. I explained the situation in hopes we could get a partial refund and he said he would contact someone and they would be in touch within 24-48 hrs. It has now been several days with no follow up. Do NOT recommend.

When I arrived I was advised there was a billing issue. But I had prepaid. I had just driven 4 hours with my infant daughter and needed to check in. I was told I couldn’t. After spending a half hour on the phone the billing department informed me there was actually an issue with the unit. They did not offer me any accommodations or anything else helpful. They did not provide any warning or any messaging indicating the reservation. The gross negligence of the company / host should have caused someone internally to try helping me but they were satisfied with refunding me and leaving me on the street with my baby in a foreign city on a Friday night with no where else to go. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS HOST!
