Seijiro is hands down one of the best airbnb host we’ve experienced. Extremely friendly, responsive and attentive to the details. The unit was even better in person and felt like a safe, warm and inviting home away from home. Will definitely return when next in the area.

No shelves in the bathroom as at photos. No rug also, host brought it later only by request. Room didn't lock, get my key after 1 week only by request, also same about key of main enter and laundry. Coundnt wash my clothes, host suggested me to ask by myself his neighbors whom dont speak English to use theirs key...Dining table (was on the photo) get by request only after 1 month (!) of staying. Host said I can order/get parcels (not letters) but in the fact he took from me 90$fee for that. Blind were broken and didn’t cover all window. Very uncomfortable place of outlet next to the bed. No cleaning included even after others guest which already left. Balcony was totally empty so no rest there. Bathroom not private, it's in front of the room and open for everyone. No infrastructure next to the apartment. Guests are not allowed in the list but 1 day guests of my neighbor came to the apartment without him for 1 night..... Unfortunately it was mine the worst experience of Airbnb

If I could leave 10000000+ stars i could. i have never stayed in an air bnb where not only did i feel at home but where my host went above and beyond for me. Seijiro and his wife are great people who made sure i was fully accommodated. I can call Seijiro a friend. Highly responsive. The room is exactly what you paid for and more! Full access to the living room and kitchen area is another plus!! Parking is available and it’s in a shaded area and that’s great for sunny miami! Like I mentioned they are great people with a great place! i recommend this place to anyone!

Excellent apartment and great service! I am sorry to say that due to a work double booking, I did not get to stay at Seijiro's apartment. I however did get to see it and it was excellent and well worth the price. Everything was as advertised. I hope to stay there in the future. Seijiro was understanding of my situation and throughout the process and even before situation was the upmost communicative and nice to me. Good service and kind people are hard to find and for this I have given him 5 stars.
