Can not describe this place in few words. Every season offers a different mood to experience. It's a second home to me and the team BT I feel connected to like my own. I usually travel to kumaon region for work and always like to stay at this place on the way back to Delhi. I found it heartening to see their team to be practising natural farming for food and herbs and therefore it was very interesting to interact with them. It is very gratifying to see the seedlings I had planted grow well. I'm not a foodie but ended up gorging on every meal they offered.. Already thinking abt my next trip to Bir Terraces.

An easy 5 star rating from my side. I would recommend dushyant’s place to anyone travelling to nainital. First of all, host is an amazing person. He actually loves what he does and goes above and beyond for his guest. Chef and care-takers were another highlight during our stay. Amazing food and great people. Cricket net and badminton ground was so fun. Host is adding more activities inside the property as well. House is at one hell of a location. Dont be scared going up the hill during final stretch of your journey. You could feel that you are lost but trust me its worth the drive. View of the Himalayas is breath taking. Aura of the place is soo light and peaceful on yourself. We stayed for 3 days and was not enough. Will definitely visit again. And again thanks dushyant for a great stay. 😊

6 of us stayed here for 4 nights. Our stay here exceeded expectations in every way. Avanti, Yogesh bhaiya and team were fantastic - warm, responsive and helpful. Cooked delicious food in every meal (from Chinese to Kumaoni to dal makhani cooked over 8 hours) and took care of dietary requirements; served us endless cups of masala chai, herbal tea (made using herbs grown by them), coffee, etc.; took us on beautiful hikes, showed us around the farm. The place embodies sustainable living - the construction, furnishings, farming methods, water recycling etc. The three bedroom cottage is beautifully made and maintained. Bright, cozy and peaceful. Location is great - edge of a forest. Beautiful views of Trishul, Nanda Devi, etc. if sky is clear. Hardly any lights around - so, fantastic night skies. Once you turn off the main highway, the road is narrow. last one kilometre or so is a kucha road. The slight remoteness ensures the place remains peaceful.

Our family escape to "Bir Terrace" was nothing short of magical. Tucked away amidst the dense jungles, this gem of a property offers a sanctuary of serenity. Its organic ethos was palpable – from the food that tantalized our taste buds to the very air, fresh and rejuvenating. The hospitality? Impeccable. Every member of the staff seemed to go above and beyond, ensuring our stay was memorable. The surroundings were pristine, offering picturesque views at every turn. Whether it was the delightful meals, the cleanliness, or the vibrant energy of the place, "Bir Terrace" captivated our hearts. It's more than just a property; it's an experience. A wholesome retreat that's worth every penny and then some. Highly recommended!

Amazing Property! This is a place which have a story, a wonderful story to be accurate. Food, staff was amazing. Everything at this place was wonderful. PS - one day is not enough to be there. I recommend at least 3 days as there are lots of things to do. Host is amazing you talk to him and time passes very quickly. They have everything to find your inner peace. And yes last but not the least: everything they have is organic and of their own farms. One of the best bnb i have stayed. Will be back soon! Cheers.
