Very well located, close to many hotels and Naini lake and the Mall. The place is very well laid out and recently refurbished to a high standard. The hotel next door Vikram Vintage Inn ensures that most things can be catered to in a short period of time. All the staff were well meaning and efficient and Mr Kamlesh was efficient and always checking up if we needed anything. Overall a great, quiet, peaceful stay.

I drove to Nainital with my family during a long weekend. It was busy and the streets were full of tourists like us. My only apprehension was w.r.t the place I had booked for my period of stay as we wanted to escape the chaos and have some privacy. Stanley's house was exactly what we imagined. To describe the entire experience, the place was squeaky clean with tastefully done interiors. It was further sweetened by the hands on service provided by Mr. Kamlesh. He took care of minor detals and addressed our queries. The telephone connecting the restaurant of Vikram Vintage Inn to the place is a nifty little arrangement which actually gives one the feeling that the place has a meal concierge of its own. All in all, I have marked it as my most preferred place to stay in Nainital.

Stanley house is a great place close to the Mall Road. The rooms are at the back of the house and the front portion has been retained for use by the host. The car goes right up to the property which is a great advantage. The place is squeaky clean. Kamlesh and his team are very courteous and ensure that one has a comfortable stay.

We recently stayed at Stanley House and it was a fabulous stay. Very well located but tucked in a peaceful corner. Kamleshwarji who looks after your stay there is fabulous, very attentive and responsive. Would highly recommend stanley house. The place is a cosy 2 bedroom place superbly maintained, nice sunny seating area in front of the rooms, great if travelling with kids for kids to run around and for adults to lounge and sip wine. The Inn nearby is very convenient to hop across for breakfast and any in room dining requirements. We had a great time.
