This home is not only a great location and setting for all of our guests, it's also a dream setting for photography! From the moment you arrive, you'll know you've made the right choice. The location cannot be beat--walking distance to Piedmont Park, Trader Joe's, restaurants and bars, shops, The Beltline, Ponce City Market and so much more! There's so much within walking distance, but if you plan to venture out, I highly recommend UberX, as it will cost you $5-10 for most trips around town…roughly $20 for the airport! ☺ If you prefer to drive, you'll have plenty of parking in the driveway and room for any excess on the street right in front of the home. You will feel right at home in this comfortable and clean home! Each of the bedrooms is extra spacious and has fresh sheets, comforter, plenty of closet space, and comfortable bedding! The Master Bedroom features a gorgeous king-sized bed, decorative fireplace, and walk-in closet. The Master Bathroom is split into three separate rooms with a generous sized shower (there's a claw foot tub too!), separate toilet area, and double vanities with plenty of mirrors for the ladies! No need to fight over mirror space, outlets, or personal space in this home! Both of the guest bedrooms are located upstairs and feature queen-sized beds, fresh sheets, comforters, decorative fireplace, and closet space! No one will be fighting over bedrooms; they are both great! The upstairs guest bathroom is also split into separate rooms with a bathing area (shower and claw foot tub) and double vanities, unbelievable lighting, dual outlets, and plenty of mirrors! In addition to the 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms upstairs, there's another full bath with a shower located on the main level. The home features an inviting front porch, entry foyer room with working fireplace, formal living room with working fireplace, large formal dining room with working fireplace, large kitchen with center island, and TV room with 40" flat screen TV. The back of the kitchen leads you to the screened in back porch complete with a 60" curved TV, outdoor furniture, and gas fire coffee table. Off the screened in back porch is a deck.
