our cozy PRIVATE bedroom in Brooklyn inspired by a sea-infused retreat, designed with nautical decorations that will make you feel like you’re on a seaside escape! Perfect for a morning job or a sunset stroll, you’ll find many great restaurants, bars, and shops nearby, as well as easy access to public transportation that will take you to Manhattan within half-an hour. As you step into the room, you'll be greeted with a full-size bed, dressed in crisp white linens, and adorned in nautical arts. As you step into the room, you'll be greeted by an off-white calming wall that adds a touch of a coastal feel to the space. The room is furnished with a comfortable twin-size bed, dressed in crisp linens, and adorned with nautical-themed arts. The room also includes a writing desk with a lamp, perfect for catching up on work or writing in your travel journal. the mini fridge is for you to use privately, but we do also offer a bigger fridge in the kitchen that you and other guests are able to store even more. the bathroom is located just outside the bedroom and is stocked with toiletries for your use. this private bedroom is located in the heart of Brooklyn, just a short walk away from many great restaurants, bars, and shops nearby, as well as easy access to public transportation that will take you to Manhattan very easily.

The place has a great location and is very close to the subway station. It's a place to go back and sleep, not to hangout inside. Working from there seems doable, but not too comfortable. I would return again. The host was very kind to let me check-in early and provide me with an extra blancket when I asked for it. He can be a bit unresponsive and unfortunately stopped communicating at the end of my trip.

Bruce is super friendly, super responsive and all around was a good host! He was also very flexible about check in. My lower review comes from mostly the bathroom. The shower head isn’t powerful but also needs replaced in general. It’s a super tiny space and you can’t adjust the head, so if you’re petite or not washing your hair you’re going to be hit in the face. It’s easy to flood the floor and the bathroom space is overall not very clean. My room was decent other than the floor, it needed cleaned better. But the bed was nice, private mini fridge and closet. I knew I was renting a room in the space but didn’t realize how many rooms were there. I thought I was renting a second room from the host but in reality there are like 4 bedrooms. It never was an issue I just didn’t realize that was the layout.
Bruce's home is a wonderful place to stay with easy access to Brooklyn. The space is lovely and was one of my best trips yet. Bruce provides all the amenities needed and the vibe is very relaxed. I would definitely stay here again.
隣の方の音もなく、非常に静かに過ごすことができました。マンハッタンまで、地図で見ると遠いかなと思ったのですが、バスでも地下鉄でも夜遅くまで使えて、意外と便利でした。マンハッタンまでタクシーを使いましたが、35ドルくらいだったと思います。また利用したいです。ありがとうございました！
