Nellie and Victor, the managers, were exceptional. Their warmth and hospitality were endearing. The place itself is quirky, clean and quiet and right in the beach.

Overall, a friendly, 24/7 service on offer by the hosts. The hotel is located right in front of the beach and the view is amazing. It was great having our own private beach wihin short walking distance. The overall location was peaceful, and ideal for a relaxing holiday. Given the local nature of the location, it is a good place to experience the local culture. There is a regular bus running, which stops just outside the hotel for anyone to get to Cruzita or Portoviejo.

The property is right on the beach and very quiet. The location is pretty remote - we were glad we had a car. Guirlene was very helpful in providing directions to her place and check-in was very easy.

Guirlene and Oswaldo are amazing hosts. After picking us up from the bus terminal in Portoviejo, they were always available to help us finding our ways and made us feel at home at their cabañas. The accommodation is clean, the kitchen well - equiped and the window towards the ocean gives a stunning view all day long. We had a relaxing and comfortable stay at La Boca and can totally recommend las cabañas Vista Mar!
