Great place to stay at for a great price. Eric is very responsive and helpful and there is a beautiful view. The kitchen area was a little messy but besides that my wife and I loved the place. Would recommend it to anyone and look forward to coming back if we are in the area again.

Eric’s cottage is a great little getaway. Being right on the water was ideal, I would walk onto the dock with coffee every morning and look at the beautiful scenery. The outdoor fire pit is awesome, as well as the inside wood stove. WiFi worked great so I could get some work done too. It’s definitely a rustic place, it almost felt a bit like glamping. Eric himself is a very nice and friendly host, he let us come up early and was lenient with the check out time too since the next people were coming in later. He visited once to check on us and we chatted for a bit. Anyways, had a great time and would definitely come back!

We loved Eric's place so much, we HAD to stay an extra night to relax and explore around the area. Very honey and quiet, unless you count the the birdsong and loons we heard on the pond. We will definitely be back!

Eric is the most amazing person to talk to. He has incredible stories to tell. He was very good at communicating and accommodating us during our stay. The place is absolutely beautiful and the a perfect weekend getaway from the Boston area. There were kayaks available for us. I wish I could have stayed longer than just the one night! I will definitely be planning my next trip here soon.
