Location was magical, exactly what we needed for a relaxing, get away weekend! House was beautiful, very comfortable and inviting! Never needed to contact Jon, everything was all laid out prior to arrival and the binder on the coffee table was very helpful! We’d love to return in the future !!

Sand Pond is a unique, private property, with stunning views of the water. We loved the special touches and charm that the cabin has, from the deck fireplace to the gorgeous and well-maintained walkway down to the dock. Kayaks and paddleboard are down by the dock, making it super easy to get them into the water. I would suggest bring a book and drifting - you might see the residential loons, who visited the shore multiple times through the weekend we stayed. Our Australian Shepard felt right at home here and the yard was spacious enough for him to get some zoomies in! The kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked with essentials and shops are a short drive away. If you’re looking for a beautiful vacation in Maine, this is a great place to be!

Beautiful and serene property right next to the lake/pond. The yard was big and secluded enough in the woods for the dogs to explore but still close enough to have neighbors nearby and not feel too isolated. The hot tub underneath the porch was relaxing to use even when it was raining. The fire stove and heaters kept the house toasty. And the property is only 10-20 minutes away from multiple local trails that we enjoyed with the dogs. This was a great getaway from the city just to enjoy some peace and quiet in the woods. Will definitely consider this property again. Thank you, Jon!
