We were attending the 2024 CADA event at the Grand Sierra Resort where my daughter was speaking and the rooms were all booked. I had been looking for something close for about a week. I found Sandi's place located at the GSR and tried to book immediately, but it would not go through. Sandi was great with her responsiveness and helped us get the reservation set up and went above & beyond. The room was perfect. It was spacious had lots of amenities, a great view, and was very convenient to all the areas we needed to be at for the event. Sandi is an excellent host. She was great with her communication, explaining the process for the room and the details of check-in, required fees, and any information we needed to know. I can't thank her enough!! I would definitely recommend Sandi as a host and hope to stay at her place (s) again in the future. Sandi thank you for everything. You are AMAZING!!

Sandi was very responsive and helpful! The room was beautiful and very well maintained. Comfortable bed and bedding. The design makes it dark and romantic. Perfect little getaway!

Sandi was an excellent host. We had an issue upon arrival and she responded quickly. She took care of everything, resolved the issue, over and above what we expected. Will definitely reach out to her again when in the area.

Everything was fine but the house keeping part was lacking .House keep came once & that was because we had to ask .
