Great stay! Comfortable living space, great continental breakfast and walkable to shops and restaurants on Thames. Pat was a great host - friendly, kind and accommodating! Great stay for wedding guests or those just looking for a Newport weekend getaway.

I booked this unit for a weekend wedding and had a great stay. Patricia and Gary are incredibly nice and friendly. I mainly coordinated with Pat and she was highly responsive to my questions leading up to the stay as well as making sure I got settled in. The place itself matched the photos, was well-cleaned, and had plenty of fans and AC units to keep it cool in the summer heat. If you're looking for a stress-free stay in Newport, I highly recommend this place for its location, cleanliness, ease of use, and especially the hosts.

Perfect location! Close to everything but private and quiet. Pat is so friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay with her again!

Patricia was a wonderful host, friendly and always available. She clearly does her best to make you feel at home. In fact, I left my laptop behind in one of her units and she took it to the local FedEx and sent it to me! Wow, that's the extra mile!

Great location on historic Thames street in Newport. I loved exploring and having everything so close: ferry to Block Island, trolley to Bellevue Ave, and downtown just steps away. Pat was a great host with great suggestions to plan my weekend visit. The home is beautiful and comfortable to stay in, I hope I can stay again on my next stay in Newport.
