This property is a three-floor villa which is specially designed for families and couples providing a space of privacy and calmness with a variety of accommodation facilities so as to become your home away from home. Our complex stands out as they are beachfront villas, only 2 minutes and you are in the beach, swimming in the clear blue ocean. The area is very quiet.

The neighborhood is very quiet and rural.
It is advisable to have a car to get around the island. We are about 1 or so away from the airport. However, we can recommend other types of airport transfers if you inquire to us.

My name is Ioannis Kazoullis and I have lived in Rhodes most of my life. I work in the public sector. I like going out with friends and travelling. I built these villas in the area that I have spent most of my life vacationing at and I wanted to share it with others. Kiotari is such a beautiful place and the beach is fantastic.
