Had a wonderful experience staying at Maurice’s, highly recommend!

We (three adults and two children) had a wonderful visit for five nights. There are two big bedrooms and two full bathrooms (one with shower only). The apartment felt cozy and was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for a short stay. We cooked breakfast and a few simple meals, but also ate out at some of the many restaurants on Piedmont Ave. All instructions were clear and communication was excellent. The host was very generous with the use of the washer/dryer (in unit) until late at night. We will definitely stay again if we are visiting the area again.

We had a great stay at Maurice's place. We were there for about 10 days while we were house-hunting in the Bay Area. It's a super-convenient location for getting around the Bay Area, and we could walk to great restaurants and coffee, and the local grocery store supplied us with almost everything we needed. We had a rental car, but the BART and bus lines were easy transportation options that we used as well. The house was quiet and peaceful.
