Very nice place, everything was comfortable and the space was decorated extremely well. While there was a nice backyard area, make sure you use it during the day to avoid disturbing the neighbors.

Quality retreat furnishings and decor, very comfortable beds, fireplace indoor and out, upscale bathroom. Some stairs, no window covering in common rooms, lots of doors to the outside.

The home is well designed, comfortable to stay in and has many interesting architectural features which is often difficult to achieve. Likewise, the furnishings are well done and accommodating. The kitchen has top of the line appliances and utensils. All was spotless on our arrival. Frank answered any questions we had immediately. Penngrove is a small, friendly community with a nice market as well as a few spots with live music. The four of us enjoyed our stay immensely and would highly recommend Frank's place.

Frank’s place was a lovely home base for a girl’s weekend. It was wintertime and quite rainy out, but it felt cozy inside with radiant floor heat. The beds were comfy. The showers were nice with plenty of hot water. The home feels tucked away and private, with double paned windows making it extra peaceful. The wifi was reliable. The upstairs suite is large and lovely, and the bedrooms downstairs had a bit more of a cozy, nestled away feeling. We cooked a few meals, played board games, and enjoyed the hot tub. One day we went for a nice little hike. The closest shops and restaurants are very near by and cute, but it isn’t walkable from the house since the main road doesn’t have a sidewalk. A quick and easy drive to the shops though. All in all, a great stay. Thank you!
