This lodge was exactly what we needed- a refreshing, peaceful break in the middle of the countryside with all of the amenities you could possibly need. The space is quite quaint but it does not feel too crowded, it is ideal for a group of friends to get together and relax for a few days. The surrounding environment was completely idyllic, we loved looking out the windows and staring at the adorable lambs and beautiful hills. We found the location to be perfect too: while having a car is a must to get there, once you are there, there are plenty of nearby walking routes of varying lengths that are really worth your while, and there are many different locations that are easily accessible by car- whether it is deep within the Cairngorms or up in Inverness. Also we highly recommend to buy your own groceries on the way there, as the lodge is quite remote from any shops!

Absolutely loved this peaceful lodging! Looking out at the sheep and the new baby sheep was delightful!! Will be back again!!

Absolutely stunning location in the den - overlooked the fields with lots of sheep and lambs and had a little bird feeder right there to watch the birds as well. It was spacious and clean
