Teresa was an excellent host and the property was modern, lovely, great location. I highly recommend this property for stays in Los Gatos.

Everything as advertised and reviews genuine. My wife and I stayed 3 weeks, great location easy walk to downtown and the wonderful trails in the area. Teresa is phenomenal! We felt like she was a great neighbor and a good friend! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Great place and location. Feels like your in a remote part of the hills, but located literally minutes from downtown Los Gatos and ten minutes from San Jose. Cozy cabin with private patio. This is a definite go back to place.

This cottage is a haven! High beamed ceilings with skylights, glass doors (curtains) on either end and a private patio for morning coffee. (Never used gas grill so can't comment.) All open space. Nice bathroom and lots of hot water. Kitchen stove is really for basics as only 2 electric burners. Nice large fridge, toaster oven, blender. Lots of dishes. Large island where we preferred working. Wifi worked very well. Large TV, which was nice. Although adjacent to a small road, the area is very quiet and wooded. We felt very safe. The biggest noise was trash day. Teresa asked that we compost and separate recyclables, which we were happy to do. A lot of privacy even with Teresa's home in same driveway. Teresa was quickly responsive to texts, always had a warm smile and wave. She's a terrific host.
