My family and I had a lovely stay and Trish and Phil's home for our Christmas holiday. The house was spacious and decorated nicely. The kitchen was a great size and had everything you'd need for cooking. The location is very close to Narrowsburg and the property itself was lovely and has a beautiful brook. I would recommend this house to anyone, and would love to come back again in the summertime.

We had a great stay at this beautiful house! The pictures were very true to life and I would say it’s even more beautifully decorated in person. We loved all of the art work, made it feel very cozy. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the spices and condiments we needed for cooking and we had the fireplace going at all times which made it even more homey. There was also a playroom for kids with lots of toys and games, and a very good selection of books and games for the adults too! It’s too bad we couldn’t utilize the pool because it was off season, but we are definitely going to try and come back to this house in the summer to be able to enjoy it. Couldn’t recommend this house more, was an amazing weekend getaway!

The Farmhouse, pool and property were an absolute pleasure. I owned the property over thirty years ago and am thunderstruck by Trish and Phil's creative, practical and pleasurable transformation of the farmhouse. The addition of a huge pool and pool house complete with drum set and piano and made for many hours of fun. The kitchen was, by far, the best outfitted of any short term rental we've ever stayed in: pots, pans, glassware, new coffee maker, fabulous selection of cookbooks. Plenty of everything. The bedrooms were supremely comfortable. I could go on and on, but I can't end without mention of s'mores around the fire pit and fairy houses in the woods. Our little grandchildren were every bit as delighted with the experience as we, their parents and grandparents were.
