What a great place. Libby gave us a list of all their favorite restaurants, which was helpful. Her place is perfectly situated between town and Plumb Island. Great for walks to town, and the views are spectacular. Place is decorated to the nines. Would definitely stay again if the opportunity presented itself.

I can't even begin to explain how perfect this house and experience was. Libby was super communicative, answered all our questions, and was really easy to deal with. The house is just beautiful, perfectly designed, close to everything you'd want to be close to, and large enough to host our family the week of our wedding. The neighbors are super friendly and helpful, and if you haven't been, Newburyport is just an amazing place to be in the summer. It was a perfect and memorable experience for one of the biggest weeks of our life.

My clients had a wonderful stay in Libby's beautiful home. All of the rooms and the house's appointment were better than expected. The sunrises were unbelievable. The home very comfortable and I would definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay in your home! It is beautifully decorated, extremely spacious, and has amazing views of the water. We had easy access to town and enjoyed using the canoe and stand up paddle boards. Would love to stay there again.

We stayed in this lovely home for the 4th of July long weekend. The house is amazing. It is large, with plenty of rooms and has an open floor plan with enough space for everyone to enjoy being together. The different levels and the outdoors also provide options and make it easy to find a quiet spot to relax. It is nicely decorated, and well equipped. The backyard is gated, which was super convenient for our two year old, as he could run in and out of the house as he pleased. The hosts were reachable via email and phone when we needed guidance functioning a couple things, and their friendly neighbors were also glad to assist us with anything. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying there.
