Very close to the lifts and River Run Square. Great setup for large families. This unit is right outside the elevator door so very handy to get all our ski stuff into. We also used Instacart and our groceries arrived in about an hour very convenient.

Spacious and well-equipped. Underground parking, ample bathrooms and storage. Convenient access to the bottom of River Run for skiers. Short walk across the bridge to River Run village.

This listing shouldn’t be on Airbnb. The value was great but it was really confusing to have to log into a separate website for instructions and to go to a separate location for check in. Additionally I’ve been a long time Airbnb guest and host and have never heard of having to pay to check in early or check out late. That’s not the spirit of Airbnb and I as really disappointed that I had to give my credit card to a 3rd party and pay $55 to check in a couple hours early and stay a couple hours late. The listing noted that basic coffee would be provided. Given it was a 4 bedroom unit I expected enough coffee for 4 people for at least one serving each. There was only enough coffee for one cup for one person. Finally there wasn’t any hot water. We rented two spaces in this building that ended up being managed by Summit. There wasn’t any hot water during our stay. Given mud season prices it was a good deal but I wouldn’t pay the listed rates during ski season especially with all the up charges.

The Timbers condo provided by Summit County Mountain Retreats provided an excellent experience, with many amenities and close proximity to multiple attractions.
