Appartamento carino e in ottima posizione nel centro storico. Host molto gentile e reattivo. Mi sentirei solo di aggiungere di ampliare un pochino la dotazione in cucina di apparecchi e utensili.

I am so happy I chose Elias' place for my two-week visit to Montepulciano. The location was very convenient; accessible to restaurants and Piazza Grande. From the kitchen window, I enjoyed many mornings viewing the sunrise while sipping my coffee. You can also see the beautiful landscape in the background. The apartment is fully equipped and is charmingly decorated. I felt right at home here. I hope to return to Montepulciano in the future and would definitely book Elias' place again. Highly recommend!!

We had a lovely few days staying in Elias’s apartment in Montepulciano. We got lost amongst the old buildings and narrow lanes, visited a couple of wine cellars, walked to Montefollonico and hired e-bikes for a cycle out into the countryside including Montichellio and Pienza. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and well equipped and in a really great location. It’s very easy to get to the town centre just 2 minutes walk away. Elias was very helpful showing us the main areas of the town and tips on where to visit and eat. He also stayed in touch, wanting to make sure all was well, that we were enjoying our stay including the beautiful sunsets from the town walls. Thank you Elias for a lovely stay in Montepulciano and for hosting us so well.

Elias was an incredibly friendly guy who was super helpful. He had some good suggestions on places to eat and visit. Would highly recommend to anyone to stay there .

We loved staying in Elias place. Didn’t want to leave! It was bigger than we expected, had everything we needed, was in a great location, and he was such a helpful and responsive host. Hope to return in the future.
