Ricardo was very friendly and responsive when we had any questions about the condo and the area. The condo was absolutely gorgeous and the view from the balcony is amazing. The building is in a quiet location and the beds were very comfortable. This condo is perfect if you are travelling with other couples or a large family… there is plenty of room for everyone. One thing to note is if you have mobility issues you might find it hard to get around. There are stairs leading to the lower level bedrooms and the hike to the main gate is all up hill although you can get a taxi to pick you up right by your condo. There is also a short walk down a rocky path to get to the beach so you definitely need to wear some sort of footwear. The beach at Las Brisas was never overcrowded and you can get food and bar service there if you pay with $. We spent quite a few days there enjoying the beach and swimming in the ocean. I would highly recommend Ricardo’s condo and would love to go back there someday.

We stayed for two weeks. Ricardo was extremely helpful in setting up things for us. The place was lovely especially the porch. It is on two floors which I did not remember being in the description. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. We so enjoyed both towns and all the beaches. Our favorite was Playa Ropa. Recardo also set up Whale watching for us and it was amazing.....Aurtoro was the whale whisperer . It was a wonderful trip and Ricardo had a lot to do with it! Thank you.

We had a fantastic time at Ricardo‘s condo. The view was spectacular and it is a very peaceful place to be. The pool was beautiful and offers pool service the other beach club. There is a 10 minute walk to the beach, however, part of the walk does have big rocks and big stones that will require you to wear something equivalent to a tennis shoe. The beach itself is beautiful with white sand and Bluewater and at times offers some very exciting waves. The people and staff at the condo are extremely friendly and go out of your way to say hello or to wish you a happy evening.
