Cindy's house is spacious and comfortable. The sunroom next to the dining/kitchen is spectacular and takes full advantage of the rural setting. The kitchen is well appointed with everything necessary to prepare a meal. The kitchen and dining room floor has ambient heating which creates a warm, cozy atmosphere. The house is tastefully decorated to fit the period with interesting art work on the walls throughout the house. There is a comfortable sitting area on each of the three floors. The bathrooms are clean with all the necessary toiletries. My family and I enjoyed a very pleasant stay and would choose this house again.

We had an absolutely lovely time here! We had a group of 6 people and had events in nearby Rhinebeck, Kingston, and Saugerties. This truly charming spot was perfect for us - plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, plenty of parking, multiple living spaces to hang out in, and a well-stocked and very spacious kitchen. The house instructions are thorough and the property manager, Kimberlie, was responsive and helpful for anything we couldn't figure out on our own. We'd love to come back next year!

I highly recommend this home. It’s a lovely old farmhouse with a scenic view of lake and forest. The weather was warm and we spent most of our time on the patio or on the glassed in-porch. We cooked most of our meals in the well equipped kitchen and saved a lot of money by not having to go out to eat. Thanks Cindy!
