Ponce Inlet is a lovely place to stay. Lots of fun restaurants along the Halifax river and there are a couple that you can walk to. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet and you can hear the ocean from the granny flat. The spectacular beach is a one minute drive away to the public parking area with a porta-potty. There are bicycles, beach chairs and beach towels that you can borrow. All the appliances are new with granite kitchen countertop. Everything was clean and organized. The small armoire was perfect for both of us to put away all of our things. The one thing that we didn't like was the bed. It's okay for one person but if you're a couple it's very bouncy.

The bunk house was in a great location. Walking around was very nice to beach and restaurants and lighthouse. You will need to bring most cooking supplies that you will need. And a coffee pot. The pool is cleaned once a week. And the hot tub is broken. Could use an electric blower to keep in the garage to blow off the patio. Tons of bikes in second stall of garage so we parked outside. It does need a little TLC. The fence is molding and has rust. Needs a good cleaning. The bunkhouse could be painted again. However the location was great. .

He suit has stairs to climb to the upstairs unit to get there. The on site we pool is nice but not heated. I did no go in because of tv ed cool weather. There are full size front load washer/dryer in the garage. You can park inside or out. The unit has a full kitchen with electric stove and full size fridge. It is an open studio with a queen bed and two night stands and wardrobe to place your clothes. There is a dish washer but I hand washed my dishes. There is a coffee pot, toaster, and microwave. The bath is nice w/ standup tiled shower and toilet and sink. There is a flatscreen tv you can log in hulu, pluto, etc to watch tv. The beach is located about a 10 min walk through the neighborhood or hood and across Atlantic Ave. There is a parking lot for public access and port o pot. No hose to wash sand off and the only other port a pot is right by the jetties and not close. Very cozy unit with everything you need. Would have like to see some glass pyrex for food storage.
