Nos súper encantó nuestra estancia, está increíble el departamento!! Impecable, lujoso, la decoración hermosa con arte moderno y la vista increíble! Las instalaciones en Marítima están padrísimas, muy limpias, las áreas comunes muy lindas, alberca y playa a unos metros del departamento y el servicio de Elena y Johanna fue excelente, ambas son muy atentas y muy buenas anfitrionas, en todo momento estuvieron al pendiente de nosotros para asegurarse de que tuviéramos todo y estuviéramos felices y cómodos. Definitivamente volveremos muy pronto! Muchísimas gracias!!!!

Almost don’t want to tell people how great this place is!! But it’s spectacular ! The view is incredible and the condo itself is perfect, everything you need for a wonderful stay, pillows were great, beach towels awesome and much appreciated! The kitchen had everything we needed and the pool and beach amenities are fabulous. Great location! 20 min walk to groceries, restaurants or Bucerías- or an easy Uber or taxi drive! There is also a small convenience store just outside the property which we didn’t find until the end of the week but also handy for a few last minute groceries. Elena was a wonderful hostess, checked in to make sure everything was great and going well. Will definitely stay here again!!!!

Maravilloso lugar para disfrutar con la pareja, familia o amigos. EstuvimHaos 6 adultos en el departamento sin ningún problema. El lugar es muy seguro, una excelente playa, las albercas, spa y los restaurantes dentro de las instalaciones son excelentes. Caminando puedes encontrar una tienda de conveniencia (Oxxo) 350 m. Hay servicio de Taxis a las inmediaciones del complejo. Sin duda volveríamos a pasar un tiempo agradable en el espacio de Elena, quien ha sido una excelente anfitriona. Gracias, Johanna por estar siempre el pendiente, por resolver las inquietudes y por las excelentes recomendaciones gastronómicas. =)

El departamento de Elena es hermoso y moderno, con una vista espectacular desde la terraza. Tiene todo para pasar unos días deliciosos. El condominio está prácticamente nuevo y con todas las amenities. Subrayo la calidad del restaurante, a pesar de tener mucha demanda el servicio siempre fue atento y la comida es muy buena. Johanna fue una gran host que siempre estuvo al pendiente. Pase una semana con mi familia muy feliz.

Spectacular! 5J was incredible from the views to the very adequate space for my 4 adult sons and parents. Great perks were a washer and dryer in house and a great living space for gathering to eat or visit. The view is INDESCRIBABLE! Super easy to obtain and Uber or lobby helps obtain taxis. Very private-great pedestrian highway for running, walking, biking-and nice trail at the end of PED-walk. Pristine beach, hotel location, and amenities! We felt super safe at all times! The restaurant serves great food and the roof top bar and pool is awesome. Elena and Johanna are great hosts! We were very comfortable with air conditioning and electricity use of 6 adults and we did not incur additional costs. We did not use the grill, but there is a little store right outside the security gate that has little propane tanks. Elena and Johanna also gave us great recommendations: we attended mass in PV for Xmas, snorkeling with PV Adventures, and fishing with their recommended agencies.
