Super apartment and exactly as presented in profile. Ample space for a family visit. Having secure car parking was great and removes the usual anxiety experienced when leaving a hire car on the street. Easy walk into the city and caretaker Ray on hand and helpful if needed. Local area vibrant as close to University, so cafes and restraunts on hand. The apartment was very quiet during night and balcony view was great. Hope to return. Thankyou.

he apartment was clean and spacious. Nicely stocked kitchen with teas, coffee and snacks. Beds had fresh and comfortable linens but the mattresses themselves were not terribly comfortable. You can feel the springs the moment you sit or lay down. Location was great. It was an easy walk to Botanic St with lots of cafes, restaurants, convenient stores and pubs. 15 minutes walk to the Center of Belfast. Good parking in a garage. Darin and Ray were both very communicative and accommodating. Ray was especially patient and helpful to our group as we had a difficult journey to Belfast (flat tire, lost, cell phone connectivity issues ) and arrived much later than anticipated and we were all a bit out of sorts. Overall a good experience and we are appreciative to our hosts.

We had a lovely stay in Darin's apartment! It was ideally situated near Queens and the Botanic Gardens, within walking distance of lots of great food and drink spots, and right beside the train station. The place was very clean and comfortable and we really appreciated the snacks and local tips. Would recommend to any group!

Great location. Really nice, clean, spacious apartment. Also easy to communicate with the host and directions, accessing the apartment etc were made easy. Thanks for a great weekend!
