Monica's place is delightful to stay in. While the apartment offers a security parking spot in the building, it is also extremely convenient to hop onto a tram which takes you to the centre of CBD without the need of changing tram. Availability of a dryer means that you can literally clean the clothes every day if you need to, which is super helpful with a long stay. I highly recommend this AirBnB for the others!

Monica was a great host. I was particularly impressed with her responsive communication and flexibility with check in. Monica's apartments was spotlessly clean and I loved the view of the city.

This place is in a perfect location to explore Melbourne. With all access of transportation located directly downstairs from the unit. The restaurants close by, along with quick to eat delivery makes it great spot to stay. The unit is very spacious and feels very open being a top floor and views around the extended balcony. Only quick stroll down along the river and you are at the city. Highly recommend this place for any type of trip to Melbourne.

Good location with big park across the road and parking available for free. The apartment needs a fresh coat of paint as it’s looking very used, fix squeaky bed and broken cot. Double bed was not big enough for me and husband to comfortably sleep in.
