It's hard to put into words how amazing my 2 month stay at Randy's Cozy Oak was for me... so, I'll start with Wow, followed by Amazing, followed by This Place Is Unbelievable! And, no- I'm not exaggerating. It's a restful haven with gardens that are gorgeous and beautiful maintained, and the birds come to visit every day. The location is perfect for easy access to shopping, restaurants, exploring the city and hiking. I worked remotely for these 2 months with fast & reliable wifi. Asheville is a fun, unique city and Randy's place is one-of-a-kind.

This cozy cottage in the heart of Asheville was super spacious! I have many wonderful memories of our month here. Upon arrival we were a bit nervous about getting our pull-behind trail down a sloped driveway ( it IS the mountains, after all). Randy jumped right in to help my husband navigate it down the drive and safely into place. Now THAT’s a great host! He was there to personally walk us through to show us how to work everything and make sure we had everything we needed. He introduced us to his little dog, Bandit, and showed us where he kept dog treats to make Bandit happy every day if we wanted. We loved seeing him (Bandit) visit every day! The house was very well supplied-best on our journey so far. It was toasty warm after a cold day of hiking and the bed was very comfortable (and big). It’s so close to the Biltmore you can easily walk to the entrance if you don’t mind a bit of a hike. We saw a mom and 2 cubs as we drove to the famous house. Great place to stay.

Randy was an incredibly thoughtful and helpful host. Cozy Oak was indeed quite cozy but also roomy enough for the two of us and a baby. We had a wonderful stay :)
