Old traditional Mallorquin house with salt water pool and set in an indigenous wood. Situated in a quiet private area, an ideal location to spend a family holidays surrounded by nature. Situated 5 km from the seaside town of Porto Cristo, 8 km inland town of Manacor and just a few minutes from the main beaches on the east coast. Available for 5 people. The house has 170 m2 divided between two floors. On the ground floor there is a large living-dining area of 46 m2 with decorative chimney, satellite TV and living area, a fully-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The first floor with sloping ceilings has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a single room/study. Outside there is a large terrace of 180 m2 with porch and sunbathing area, swimming pool an BBQ. There is also a parking area and garage.

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad op Mallorca. Dit kwam mede door het het mooie huis van Mateu en Margalida. Alles was goed geregeld en zeer netjes. Aan niks heeft het ons ontbroken deze week. Nogmaals hartelijk dank voor het fijne verblijf en wie weet tot ziens

We had an incredible stay here with friends. Mateu went above and beyond for us to make our stay so great. The villa itself was amazing and the pool was perfect. Definitely stay here if you get the chance!

Our stay at Can Farcit was absolutely perfect. The property is ideal for a relaxing trip away with the family. Views are stunning and you can access Manacor and Porto Cristo (as well as other beaches) within a 15 minute drive. The house itself is immaculate and renovated to very high standard, whilst keeping the original character of the building. We travelled with our six month old baby and a cot, high chair, baby bath and towel were all provided which we highly appreciated - thank you! Overall the property had everything you could possibly need and you can tell that the hosts are very thoughtful of ensuring a completely stress free holiday for their guests. We had an incredible holiday and would highly recommend!

Die Finca Can Farsit liegt ruhig und abgelegen. Trotzdem sind schöne Buchten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Innerhalb 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Der Salzwasser Pool war ein Highlight und wurde 2x wöchentlich überprüft. Sehr gut hat uns auch der Gasgrill gefallen, welchen man im Freien benutzen konnte. Außerdem waren Seifen, genügend Handtücher und die Bettwäsche vorhanden. Die Finca war wie auf dem Bilder abgebildet, alles top.

The town of Porto Cristo is 5 km far from the villa. There you can find a hospital, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, shops, bars, restaurants and the world famous Caves of Drach and Hams. Moreover, in Porto Cristo's port you can do different activities such as daily boat trips.
A few minutes from the villa there are some crystal-clear beaches like Cala Anguila, Cala Mandia, Playa Romantica and the well-known virgin beach Cala Varques. A little farther (15km), you can enjoy others beaches such as Sa Coma, Cala Millor and the natural reserve of Sa Punta de n'Amer, where you can go hiking, biking or horseback riding. In addition, golf enthusiasts have several golf courses (Pula Golf, Costa de los Pinos and Vall d'Or), all within a 30 minutes distance of the property.

It is absolutely recommended to rent a car in order to fully appreciate the island's many facets. In Porto Cristo you will find a bus stop, the buses of which can take you to any point of interest in the island. In Manacor (at 8 km from the villa) you will find the train station.
