The small but cosy studio is in a very central position but very quiet. In the apartment you can find all the necessary for a few days stay. At the End of September air conditioning wasn’t necessary and with open windows the apartment was well ventilated. Only the ventilator in the bathroom didn’t work. Iva was really very helpful and flexible with our check-out requests. We’ll recommend this place. Thanks Iva.

Highly recommend to stay here! Right in the middle of the old town. Lovely streets, tiny shops, a lot of nice people and delicious food. We’ll come again

This was my most positive Airbnb experience I have had so far. Not only was the location amazing, the apartment perfect, and my stay great, but Iva was beyond just a super host. Iva was so accommodating to my situation, helpful with great recommendations, and simply perfect. The apartment was so nice. It is perfectly located in the heart of the old town. We were able to explore Rovinj and always be a short walk back to the room. One day we decided to explore one of the beaches outside the city, which was only a short drive away. Parking was convenient in the public lot and was only a short walk away. My next stay in Rovinj will definitely be with Iva.

I've had a wonderful experience at Iva's place. The location is VERY central, with easy access to everything and the place was comfy and roomy enough. Would gladly come back!
