Nice place close to the beach. Spartan but roomy and reasonably convenient. Nothing missing. However, lots of cockroaches due to bad waste management practices. You can get rid of them if you keep very clean but beware. The site is a group of buildings and has the locals permanently living there, so the local caretaker was always on hand and very helpful when something needed to get done. Water pressure is often very low but if you can make do with buckets of water, it is no problem at all. There is AC in the bedroom, although the thermostat seemed broken so it was either "very cold" or "not cold" with nothin in between. Nearest city with a proper grocery shop is Abuyog, just a short tricycle ride away - but the drivers will try to ask for much more so be ready to haggle. 20 pesos to abuyog, 100 pesos back was one of the better prices we were able to negotiate.
