I stayed for a month so please bear that in mind. Good stuff: The flat itself is very spacious and the beds are comfy. The kitchen is adequate. It’s really easy to get to Blantyre station and a short train into Glasgow. Also it’s about a 30 minute walk from the UWS campus or a few minutes drive. Not so good: During my stay the shower head wasn’t very firmly attached to the wall and the flat had a bit of a smell about it like it hadn’t been aired out in a long time, which didn’t really go away. The freezer is tiny, not a problem for a short stay but staying for a month it was a bit annoying. Blantyre itself is a bit bleak and the street that the flat is on was covered in dog mess so be careful when you’re walking home. Overall though it’s a decent place to stay if you’re working at the uni or heading into Glasgow.

Very responsive when issued came up and fast to repair There is a distict smell in the property that might come from it not being aired. A little damp. Crockery needed cleaning before use also. Unexpected £70 additional charge for cleaning. We left the property in exact same state we arrived so dont feel the £70 charge is warranted
