The unit is steps away from the Palmas Tennis Complex ,Volea restaurant ,children park,and is a quick ride to the marina, a great variety of local restaurants and the Wyndham Palmas Hotel. Great for families, Palmas offers numerous walking trails, children’s playgrounds, beach access, horseback riding, and of course- golfing. Light and airy, the villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning units for each room, and comfortably sleeps six people. There is one bedroom with 2 twin beds, another bedroom with a Queen size bed and the couch in the living room opens as a pull-out mattress. At the front of the unit is a balcony with a seating area perfect for a morning coffee, and a hammock- great for afternoon naps and reading! The master bedroom has direct/separate access to the front balcony. Due to COVID community safety rules, the pool located within the Montesol may not be available for use.
