This was our first trip to Maine and we had the privilege of staying in a beautiful cabin on the lake with an awesome view. Linda was a wonderful host. We only had one minor issue and she had it resolved quickly. Linda returned calls/messages very quickly. The cabin was perfect for a couple or a family of three. The cabin was very clean and had a kitchen that was very well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals.

We spent a fantastic summer week at Linda's place! The lake is quiet and perfect for paddling around in a kayak. The dock is perfect for drinking morning coffee and our two boys could not have had any more fun on the beach and in the water. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of pots/pans and utensils/cooking implements. As another guest mentioned in another comment, the pictures don't do the cottage justice. It's adorable and more spacious than expected. We spent most of our time lounging in the lake, on the dock, or next to the fire pit but did spend two days driving around Acadia, which was within very reasonable driving distance. Recommend anyone staying check out Ruth and Wimpy's for great seafood and the place in Ellsworth that does sweet potato donuts (so so so delicious!).

Spent about 4 weeks at Linda’s place and had a great time. Beautiful clear water lake and the house is clean and recently renovated. Enjoyed picking blueberries on the property. Thanks Linda!
