What an incredible home!! I highly recommend Pete, his team and this home. Gorgeous view, spectacular setting, we could have stayed all week in the house and never left! The pool and spa was a huge highlight. I felt the cost was a great value to what was provided in the home. HIGHLY recommend.

We had a fantastic week at this property. The house is spacious, modern and clean. The layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms worked exceptionally well for the four of us. The pool area and the view down the canal is incredible. It’s a great location and Pete is a great host. Great communication.

Beautiful home with amazing views straight down the canal. From the minute we arrived, we just felt at home. Obviously, someone who lives there as the little things in the home meant you are not having to go out and buy bits at start of holiday. Both Christian, on arrival and Sven, on departure day were a wealth of local knowledge. Pine Island was recommended and didn't disappoint. Neighbours were very friendly, shops really close by and easy access into home location. We haven't been to this area since 2018, when we struggled for dining out venues without a substantial drive. Not the case this time with so much choice of restaurants and supermarkets. Would recommend Pete and his fabulous villa to anyone wanting a relaxing, fully catered for home. Will definitely be heading back. Thanks so much for letting us stay in your home.

Der Hauseigentümer war jederzeit erreichbar, ansprechbar und hat uns bei Problemen sofort eine Lösung angeboten. Pete ist sehr freundlich und man spürt das es nicht nur ein Ferienobjekt ist. Die Hausverwaltung ist direkt gekommen, wenn ein Problem gemeldet wurde. Das Haus entspricht genau den Bildern und die Ausstattung würde ich als geschmackvoll bezeichnen. Das Haus war sauber und wir hatten sofort ein Wohlgefühl. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt, es ist ruhig und der Sonnenuntergang ist wunderschön. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
