This was our second extended stay (over a month) at Rest Easy & we loved it! Greg listened to our suggestions from last year and added specific items making our extended stay even better! The cabin is clean, comfortable, updated & genuinely gorgeous! We absolutely love the fireplaces & the screen porch!!! It’s very private & woodsy yet just a short walk to the center of town. We love the pizza at Mentone Market! We primarily were there to escape the cold & snow of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan but thoroughly enjoyed all the hiking & sightseeing in the area. There is plenty to do all well within an hour! Thank you Greg!

stayed with my husband and my mother. when we first arrived it was beautiful. door entry was easy and we stepped in and the place was stunning and cozy. it was as the pictures show. Here is the bad part..... Well we were all about to turn in for the night we pulled our blankets back on both beds and to our surprise the beds were disgusting!! There was so much hair and stains. the bed looked like it had been slept in. the sheets were not pulled tight. and I'm not talking about a couple of stray hairs. the bed was covered!! I was so upset I contacted Greg and Susan. Susan called me back first and I explained what we had found. Well she basically flat out called me a liar. claimed that the housekeeper would never miss a Bed. Well she did!! But she sent the housekeeper out to change all of our bedding. she did thankfully put new sheets and blankets on. however the housekeeper was rude, disrespectful and loud!! Absolutely horrible night after an enjoyable day out.

Great cabin. Spent 4 days in Mentone which is about right to hike Desoto and Little River Canyon. The best restaurant was The Hatter and then the Mentone Market. Wildflower was overrated. The cabin was very clean and our only complaint was the upstairs mattress needs to be replaced. Would rent the cabin again.
