Debbie and Dave are very welcoming hosts who opened their home to us. Dave went above & beyond to get us tickets for one of the Up Helly Aa festival hall which was amazing. Debbie's home-cooked breakfast was one of the best. Their house is in a very serene location with beautiful views.

It is hard to write a review for Debbie and Dave without feeling like you are simply saying what everyone else has said. But what everyone else has said is true. Debbie and Dave go far beyond being super hosts. They are gracious and welcoming. They have perfected the art of sharing their home while respecting their guest's privacy. They go out of their way to help guest have a Shetland experience that would be impossible without a resident's knowledge. I went to Shetland looking for peace, quiet, and beauty, and I found it in the land and in Debbie and Dave's home.

We spend a wonderful stay at Debbie and Dave ´s house. They are both very welcoming and gave us great recommandations to visit the island. The place is really peaceful and located in a beautiful part of the island. We truly recommend to stay there! Ps : Debbie ´s homemade breakfast is the best !

We loved our stay in this most beautiful home with the wonderful Debbie and Dave - it was a highlight of our time in Shetland. They are the most generous and joyous of hosts - fabulously interesting people who we feel so lucky to have met. They were very welcoming and shared with us a glimpse of life in Shetland that we never would have got elsewhere. Their guest quarters are also lovely. Warm, incredibly comfortable and decorated with unique care. We loved the bedroom and the views and the comfy bed. Debbie even cooked breakfast everyday for me (Anna) and I am possibly the most difficult to feed person in the world and it was so very delicious. We highly recommend this wonderful airbnb and hope to make it back to stay again one day :)
