This SuperHost condo has been rented long term, for this reason the reviews are all from over 1 year ago. Perfect Location. Easy to walk everywhere but there is a garage if you have a car. Just far enough so you don't hear all the noise from 5th ave, but only 2 blocks to 5th ave and 4 to the beach. Restaurants, grocery store, convenience store, shops, all within one block. The spacious living room has a flat-screen tv as well and 2 futons (that fold down for sleeping) to accommodate up to a total of 3 people, two in the bedroom and one on the sofa. Modern furniture, clean and cozy. The balcony, is furnished with a table for 4. It faces Calle 16 between 15 and 20 ave, a nice quiet street that doesn't see much traffic. Great balcony to sit on in the morning with a coffee or in the evening for dinner.
