房子位置距离中央火车站及市中心做地铁只有8到10分钟的距离。而且房子距离地铁站步行只有3分钟，很容易找到。房间很干净整齐。房东Gerti和她的丈夫Milos都是非常热心肠的人，我们到的时候还给我们煮了咖啡和水。他们也是非常爱旅行的人，家里收藏了很多有趣的东西。他们帮我们推荐当地地道的餐厅，还帮我们规划了在慕尼黑游玩的路线，让一切都变得简单轻松。一天的时间太短暂，慕尼黑很美好，房东夫妇的热情让我们的路程非常愉快。

We are having a very nice tourist at Munich and thanks a lot for Gerti and Milos's kindness help! Gerti和Milos非常热情，房间很干净，住着很舒服。 我们是约好上午10点check in，因为交通原因晚了一个小时，不过Gerti一直等到我们check in才去上班。 去市区玩之前Milos给了我们一份很详细的自己手工制作的地图，然后非常耐心的给我们解释路线和交通细节，然后送我们到地铁站，还很热心地帮忙买了往返车票，我们玩的非常尽兴。 另外还有两个小插曲—— 下午回来的时候我们忘记带钥匙，通过Airbnb发短信联系房东，Milos很快回来帮我们开门。 晚上临时有个朋友想一起加入我们第二天的旅行，房东很热心的把客厅让出来给朋友睡，还提供了几个垫子垫在地上。

The space was perfect for our time visiting Munich for Oktoberfest. It was well furnished and incredibly clean. The location was perfect for a quick train ride to hackerbruke station, and then about a 5 minute walk to the festival grounds. The area was incredibly safe and quiet, with easy access to the business side of town for food or drink. Aside from the cleanliness and location what stood out is the kindness and care our hosts took to make us feel comfortable and at home. Milos met us outside the space(we were hours late to checking in) and welcomed us warmly. He walked us through the apartment and gave us crucial knowledge that got us to Oktoberfest quick and painlessly. I’d stay here again solely because I’ve never been treated so well while at a stay. Gerti and Milos, and their space, was above and beyond what we could have expected.

It’s strategically located with only about 5-7 mins walk from the train station. The walkway is flat and walkable. The house basically has everything we need for a short or even long stay. House is clean. What I like most is the small garden right outside the living area. We had breakfast at the small garden everyday during our stay. Last, not to mention, Gerti is also a very friendly host. She met us at the house when we arrived. Explained to us everything that we need to or good to know. Overall everything is good and beyond my expectations.
