Die Lage und Größe der Wohnung war top, allerdings hätte sie etwas sauberer sein können. Die Kommunikation lief trotzdem sehr gut und die Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert :)

The apartment has very comfortable rooms and six people can fit pretty well. There's a nice garden outside too. A perfect position for people interested in visiting museums and the city centre, as well for those that are looking for enjoyable night times!

We were moved to a different apartment on Schwantalerstrasse at the last minute because of an issue with hot water at this listing. The host ensured that we had the same number and type of beds, which was appreciated. The location is great as it is within walking distance of the main station, old town, and Wiesn. We had to wait an extra hour to check-in because the cleaning was not finished, but afterwards the apartment was very clean. It is a solid apartment for larger groups looking for a convenient location

This flat is a part of an entire building of flats all for rent. The location is very convenient to both Hauptbahnhof and Karlsplatz stations. For the price, the building and the flat are rather run down. WiFi worked intermittently; the kitchen hot water wouldn’t turn off; the air conditioner required that you manually dump out a water bucket twice daily; the entire place was a little crufty. Towels were permanently stained and rather disturbingly brownish in various parts. That said, checkin was very easy and the host was also easily reached. The location is great; perhaps at half the price, the flat would be a good deal. As it stands, the quality level was worse than I expected, especially compared to the many flats I’ve rented throughout both Germany and Europe.
