옥토버페스트 기간이라면 무조건 추천합니다 입구까지 걸어서 3분컷입니다 금액이조금 높지만 거리만큼은 최고!!!! 기본필요한 물건 모두 구비되어 있어요 다음에 또온다면 다시 오고싶어요

Location was perfect, right in front of festival. Andreas was a great host, responds quickly, allowed us to leave our stuff in the apartment early so we wouldn’t have to carry our luggage around before check in. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The view from balcony is great, we felt safe staying here! It is walking distance from many stores and restaurants. Would recommend.

Perfect location for Oktoberfest! Close to the main train station and all forms of public transportation. We were able to get anywhere within 10-15 minutes. The patio view is gorgeous and better than expected. Clean and as pictured. Even with the apartment in a very large and multi-building complex, Andreas described the check-in process and key pick up very well with multiple instructions and pictures. I would definitely recommend!

Andreas was a wonderful host! Great communication, directions, and informative information. Made our first time in Munich, Germany for Oktoberfest stress free. Andreas even welcome us with local beer, and lederhosen’s for the men. Highly recommend him, and will be back again. Thank you Andreas for everything.

Great location, safe feeling walkable neighbourhood with good dining options within a 5-10 min walk. Andreas is an attentive host, great communication and a few great local dinner recommendations. No hesitation recommending his place for Octoberfest, or for a short stay to experience a bit of Munich. Don
