This space was perfect for me and just as advertised. I had my own entrance to the rear section of the home, and it was private, quiet, and well equipped. Bed was comfortable with high quality linens. Plentiful hot water and good water pressure in the shower. Kitchenette included a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and many utensils. There were LOTS of snacks provided. Most importantly, this space was very recently renovated, and done at very high quality. A great space for one or two people to stay for business or a visit to family or the U of I. I came to attend the annual EbertFest film festival, and the theater is only a 15-minute walk away. Hosts were very proactive and helpful with tips about checkin/checkout, how to operate stuff in the apartment, and local info. I hope to return!

Cozy and quiet stay. Had all the amenities needed and the hosts even provided gifts which was unexpected but wonderful. Easy to find street parking. Quiet neighborhood so keep in mind this is more of a stay for folks looking to relax which was what we needed. Short drive to campus and walkable distance to downtown Champaign. It’s also close to the highway. Comfy bed and pillows.

We came to town to see family so we just need a simple room to sleep. This place is in a really good location and very nice and clean. We really appreciated the snacks in the room. Outdoor area was really cool. Thanks!
