This 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom duplex sleeps 8 with one king bed, one queen bed, and two twin-over-twin bunk beds. It features two private decks, a private hot tub on the back deck with incredible alpine views, an in-unit washer and dryer, attached one-car garage and a spacious open concept living room, dining area and kitchen. The owner has provided a dart board and various board games for your enjoyment. This vacation rental is centrally located in Silverthorne, meaning you have easy access to nearby ski areas like Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Vail. Plus, there is a Summit Stage bus stop just steps from your front door making for a free and convenient way to get around all of Summit County if you would prefer not to drive! Enter the property via the entrance attached to the front deck. This private deck offers outdoor seating and beautiful panoramic views. The entryway offers hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area is on the main level. It features a flat screen TV mounted above a gas fireplace, ample seating, and breathtaking mountain views plus great natural light from the large picture windows. The other private deck access is just off of this area and features a private hot tub, gas grill, outdoor seating and additional incredible views in the other direction. The updated full-sized kitchen is stocked with all of the cookware and tableware needed to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six across a dining table and a smaller expandable table. There is a half guest bathroom adjacent to this area as well. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The two guest bedrooms are located on the basement level. The first guest bedroom features a king-sized bed and a gas fireplace. The second guest bedroom features two twin-over-twin bunk beds and a closet. Additionally, there is another guest bathroom; which has an oversized soaking tub and a pedestal sink. Upstairs on the loft level is the master bedroom. The master bedroom offers a queen sized bed, flat screen TV, gas fireplace, ceiling fan, two large closets and an en suite bathroom. The master bathroom offers a single sink vanity, walk-in shower and updated finishes. **Ultra-premium Linens and Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ultra-premium linens and ivory white bedding. Our ultra-premium linens rival those of The Four Seasons featuring extra soft, oversized towels and high quality bed linens that have a subtle satin stripe pattern for a look of elegance. This house looks beautiful from the pictures, but not that nice in reality… so a bit of a disappointment. They did have a lot of good amenities… well stocked kitchen for example. However, the back deck was not shoveled. We shoveled it and found beer, cans, and a pan from the kitchen. The bathroom on the downstairs the whole smelled a pot from the next-door, neighbors, and the shower is super tiny to leak onto the floor. We also did not have enough shampoo.  the fireplace on the main level did not work because of the missing remote which the company knew about. They did come out and were able to fix it with new batteries.  other little things such the broken Ottoman in the living room. The finishes just aren’t that nice.
The home was absolutely beautiful and in such an amazing area. Unfortunately there was a series of events that led me to feel like we paid too much and did not get the experience we deserve. First, one of the reasons we chose this home was because of the fireplace. After following their directions to turn on the fire place, we found out that the pilot light was out. We gave them a call and they told us they wouldn’t be sending anyone out to do anything about since their maintenance team was booked for the night. Then when we tried to use the grill we noticed that the propane was out. We gave them a call and they didn’t call back until about an hour after and it was no longer worth it to grill. Lastly, the pipes was leaking and we had to call the emergency line to see if it could get fixed. Unfortunately it was late and the solution was to turn off the water. We didn’t have water, a fireplace, or a grill. All around not a great time, only good thing was that the hot tub was working.
The home is neat with three fireplaces, hot tub had lights and was hot and close to back door, for easy exit. Kitchen had all you need. The bad- couch and ottoman were wore out/ broken. The fireplace needed to be repaired before use in family room. The washer was broken, we had a repair man there for a while on day one, inconvenient and no compensation or even allowance of a little later check out, our final day. The rugs are all bent and curling up and a huge trip hazard, elderly would probably break a hip. The cow rug is cheap and curls up too. Every rug could very affordably be replaced and not only look better, but also be safer. The curtains in kitchen are blue and hideous with a $5 rod that’s very weak and bent. The leather chair was comfortable, but like I mentioned, broken ottoman to it. The bedrooms were cute and comfortable, good set up. Master bathroom was amazing. Downstairs shower was small and not a good set up, but that’s a harder fix. The kids room 👍 but small
It was an enjoyable weekend with my family at Colorado, and that house got everything we needed. It has everything in place, the kitchen is fully loaded, and it has everything you need. It has grill outside. House was pretty clean, with nice fresh air smell. I would recommend that place. Thank you
This property was in a very convenient location for our ski trip and provided the perfect home base. The house was comfortable, clean, and had all of the necessities. We used the grill and stove to cook some meals, hung out in the hot tub, and were able to all hang out in the living space easily. We even had a view of the mountains to wake up to!
