Overall we enjoyed our stay and the children loved the games room. Lily was friendly and always responded to our messages. Bedrooms and bathroom were clean. However there were a few things that could be improved. We wanted to use the oven but on opening there was a tray full of grease/grime. I did notify Lily with a photo and she did apologise but didn’t offer to sort it out, therefore we chose not to use the oven. The kitchen would benefit from a professional clean. The property sits at the end of a track, which is difficult to find. Lily kindly offered to meet us at the main road to guide us. The road is covered in pot holes which Lily had mentioned but we didn’t think it would be quite as bad as it was. Our cab driver damaged his bumper so I would only recommend driving if you have a 4x4. We used Deliveroo and a local takeaway whilst we were there but both found the house very difficult to find and treacherous on mopeds.

Book this place for a family reunion and a concert at the O2. Fantastic place, clean and tidy, great location for the O2, and quick and clear communication with the host. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the games room and hot tub. Would 100% recommend 😊
