Just a short walk across the street and you will be on the white sandy beach. This condo has a private screened in lanai which is great for relaxing while overlooking the pond, lighted fountain, and heated pool. The master bedroom has a king bed and en suite which includes double vanities, a walk-in shower and garden soaking tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom offers two twin beds. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for extra guests. This is our personal second home that we share with others when we aren't able to use it. As such we hope you find it comfortable and accommodating! Upon booking you will receive additional detail with all that is included in the home and the outline of house rules with check in/out procedures. Public beach access is just across the street and we have all the essentials for a fun day. If your vehicle is 4 wheel drive you can drive on the beach.
