The house is located inside an estate cultivated with olive groves and citrus groves, and more, ideal for those who want to be in contact with nature and discover all that can offer genuine, without renouncing the comforts of inhabited centers. . If you want to wake up with the scent of blooming orange blossoms, spend the afternoon picking figs, or simply enjoy a little relaxation in the shade of the pine trees after a carefree day at the beach or by the pool, this is the house for you. ! It is a single-family house, on two elevations, of about 120 square meters with a garden of relevance and large outdoor spaces. On the ground floor are the large living room, a bedroom with double facing, bathroom, kitchen and closet. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms (N.B. the rooms on the upper floor are communicating in a row; to access the smaller one you need to go through the double bedroom) and a panoramic terrace that offers you moments of true relaxation every evening .. Perfect for the needs of a family, but also for a group of friends, it can provide up to 6 beds, of which 4 on the upper floor and 2 on the ground floor. The two gazebos of the house, one on the front and one smaller on the side, and the trees in the garden ensure shaded areas throughout the day. The swimming pool is shared with me and my family.

Martina war eine sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeberin. Hatte uns ausreichend Unternehmungen für Sizilien geschickt. Das Grundstück ist riesig und traumhaft. Ruhig und abgelegen, Auto ist ein muss. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit zwischen Oliven - und Zitronenbäumen. Der Pool war wunderschön und wir konnten, auch Mitte Oktober, täglich darin baden. Martina war immer erreichbar und meldete sich zeitnah auf unsere Fragen. Zudem gab sie uns viele Tipps und Empfehlungen.

Wunderschöner Garten und toller Pool. Leider war es jetzt im Oktober etwas zu kühl um den Pool zu nutzen, da das Haus und der Pool am Fuße eines Berges liegen, hinter dem die Sonne relativ spät aufgeht und ab 17 Uhr auch nicht mehr da ist. Es gibt einige schöne Strände in der Nähe und auch im Örtchen s.nikola gibt es alles was man braucht

Schöne Unterkunft, insbesondere der Garten inkl. Pool lädt zum Verweilen vor Ort ein. Jede:r kann sich im Garten sein/ihr eigenes Plätzchen suchen, da es verschiedene Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten gibt (Pool, obere Terrasse, Hängematte, zwei weitere Terrassen mit Grill). Insgesamt ein sehr idyllisches Örtchen! Tagsüber sowie nachts ist es durch umliegende ziemlich lautstarke Hundegeräusche zuweilen unruhig, was leider die Ruhe des Ortes stören kann. Etwas schade ist, dass man die Unterkunft schlecht zu Fuß erreichen kann und die Umgebung aus meinen Augen generell nicht zum Spazieren geeignet ist. Dies scheint für die gesamte Küste so oder so ähnlich zuzutreffen (keine Fußwege oder weites Laufen am Meer möglich), deswegen ist dies kein direkter Kritikpunkt an der Unterkunft. Die Küche könnte für mehrere Personen etwas größer sein. Das Badezimmer ist einwandfrei inkl. einer Waschmaschine, was gerade für längere Aufenthalte ja nützlich sein kann.

Un parfait Séjour dans ce logement, Nous avons eu quelques soucis avec notre GPS au départ, l’hôte est directement venu nous récupérer sur la route, Logement et lieu incroyable, pour un besoin de paix, n’hésitez pas à venir. Toujours à l’écoute, Nous avons eu un retard de vol, l’hôte nous a directement proposé de resté jusqu’à ce que nous ayons besoin de repartir, vraiment je vous conseille vivement c’est une famille très accueillante et le domaine où sont construits les logements est INCROYABLE ! En espérant revenir TRÈS bientôt

At about 25 Km from Palermo, overlooking a beautiful stretch of coast, are the hills of Altavilla and Trabia, green and wooded almost to beaches.

The nearest village is St. Nicholas Arena, a small fishing village that still maintains its original imprint.
